Fanminder Releases Version 2
Bolstered by strong customer growth and high-profile investors, social mobile loyalty startup, Fanminder, announced the latest version of its online offers service, Fanminder 2.0.
With Fanminder 2.0, small businesses get simple, first-of-a-kind customer marketing tools (e.g., coupons, daily specials, giveaways, sales notices) that help convert their online customers into in-store buyers. Do-it-yourself small storefront owners use Fanminder’s web-based control panel to easily design and publish offers in less than two minutes that reach their customers on the social web, online, mobile and email. Fans then view these offers on their computer, tablet or mobile phone and redeem them in the store with their phone. All redemptions are tracked in a dashboard, “closing the loop” for the business owner with virtually no effort by him or his staff.
