Action Products International Announces Search for Chairman of the Board

NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Action Products International, Inc. ( OTC Pink: APII ) announced it has commenced a search for a Chairman to lead the company's Board of Directors.

Gary Polistena, CEO of Action Products International , states:  "We have accomplished much over the past two months and our rebranding of the company is now nearly complete.
