Beginning January 1, 2012, the courses now incorporate the full scope of the HR Certification Institute's (HRCI) recently modified body of knowledge, including changes in the areas of Business Management & Strategy and Compensation & Benefits.The Human Resource Management course, part of Villanova's 3-course Master Certificate in Human Resource Management, has been updated to not only reflect the recent Body of Knowledge changes, but also features over 18 hours of enhanced video lectures given by Villanova's expert faculty. The courses also incorporate interactive, skill-enhancing simulations that will better prepare students for the new PHR® and SPHR® certification exams.
