OMD Australia's Ben Grill Joins NewsLifeMedia
NewsLifeMedia today announced that one of the industry’s most experienced brand strategists and consumer insights specialists, Ben Grill, is joining the company next week as Audience and Insights Strategy Director.
On Monday 20 February, Mr Grill joins NewsLifeMedia from OMD Australia, where he was Director of Insights working with brands such as McDonald’s, Dulux, Weight Watchers and Johnson & Johnson.
Zara Curtis, commercial director at NewsLifeMedia, said: “Ben is a high-level strategic thinker who has collaborated with some of the world’s leading brands to refine their messaging and amplify exposure. His passion for innovation and his ability to guide marketing strategy make him an invaluable addition to our team.”
At OMD Australia, Mr Grill oversaw OMD Insights, a strategic business unit responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, guiding creative territories, key messaging and audience definition. He devised new frameworks for measuring campaign effectiveness, brand integrations and sponsorships, and launched a social media monitoring service, ‘OMD Antenna’.
