Sterling & Sterling Insurance Hires Camille Mastronardi as Senior VP

Mastronardi will be based out of the firm's Avenel, NJ office and help oversee the firm's Employee Benefits practice, including new business development, managing client relationships and strategic planning."Camille has built a reputation embodying true client advocacy and we are proud to have her on our team," said David Sterling, Chairman & CEO of Sterling & Sterling. Prior to Sterling & Sterling, Mastronardi worked for Willis and its predecessor companies since 2003. Before that, she served as an insurance carrier representative with Great-West Life Insurance with a focus on the arrangement of alternatively funded health programs. Mastronardi started her career as a middle-market segment account manager for the regional broker Tribus Financial Group.
