Hardcover and Paperback version of a textbook, the same?

I am looking at a textbook, Managerial Economics & Business Strategy, and i am trying to decide whether to buy the hardcover or paperback version, but are there significant differences between the two?

If it's the same edition, then it comes down to which is better for you - the hardback will be more durable, but the paperback may be cheaper. Which do you want to lug all over campus?
