The Vashon Island Coffee Roasterie - Provided business development and marketing services including, but not limited to,  compilation of business plan, web market research and marketing, re-writing of marketing materials, Hispanic market outreach, and investor relations.

Living Hope Christian Counseling - Facilitated 501(c)(3) status application & advised Board of Trustees regarding organizational development with emphasis on legal requirements and sustainable fund development. Also assisted their former fiscal sponsor with Capacity Building and oversight.

Social Ecology Education & Demonstration School - Facilitated 501(c)(3) status application & advised Board of Trustees and The Institute for Social Ecology regarding organizational development. Provided Interim Executive Director and Program Director executive management and fund development services.

TreehouseSecured 98% of all grants applied for, most at levels exceeding request. Developed and implemented strategic major gifts plan to solicit more than 500 donor potentials with $250k-$MM annual gift capability. Acting role as major grants and major gifts consultant on an as-needed basis.

Traditions Foundation – Facilitated 501(c)(3) status application & currently advising Board of Trustees of this public-supported foundation regarding all aspects of non-profit capacity building.

Vashon PTSA – Advised sponsorship and procurement for annual auction.

AHOPE For Children – Provided full service events management planning and facilitation for their first major fundraising event which included 400+ guests and local political and entertainment celebrities. Created all fund development and organizational management materials and trained staff and volunteers in effective capacity building.

Sustainable Tourism On Vashon – Facilitated 501(c)(3) status application & advised Board of Trustees regarding all aspects of organizational development.

Dharma Sound Zen CenterFacilitated 501(c)(3) status application & advised Board of Trustees regarding organizational development.

Reclaim the Media – Facilitate long-term Strategic Planning & Organizational Design retreats every 2-3 years. Full spectrum capacity building client based on the seven elements of organizational capacity. Also advised start-up, 1023 application, and the intricacies of securing and retaining 501(c)(3) status as a non-profit organization with political activities.

Vashon Maury Community Food BankFacilitated Strategic Planning and advised Board of Directors and Executive Staff on a variety of capacity building practices including administrative, organizational, legal compliance, and fund development. Client returns every two years for Strategic Planning facilitation conducted by Redwolf.

Central House – Facilitated Board of Director transition and training process in partnership with Social Profits and Non Profit Assistance Center.

The US Project – Facilitated legal aspects of startup including authoring fiscal sponsorship agreement and training Board of Directors in all aspects of non profit legal compliance and fund development.

Heartstrings Fiber MillResponsible for all aspects of facilitation of Non Profit Start-Up services working with founding members including development of Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Budget, Program Implementation, 501(c)(3) Status Application, Fund Development Plan, Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, Grant Development, Social Enterprise Development, Investor Solicitation, and Board and Staff Development and Training.

Backbone Campaign -  Facilitated Strategic Planning Retreat and creation of Strategic Plan, Created Comprehensive Organizational Budget, Facilitated Asset Resource Mapping Retreat, Created Fund Development Plan, Taught Fundraising Techniques, Advised Start-Up Process, and Taught Tax Preparation and Legal Compliance to Senior Staff.

Developmental Movement Center– Authored fiscal sponsor contract and managed development and implementation of fundraising strategy, trained board of directors, created IRS compliant organizational and program budgets.  Wrote successful grant proposals and taught grant writing and fund development skills to senior staff and board volunteers.   Facilitated Strategic Planning Retreat and creation of five year Strategic Plan.  Managed all Aspects of Non-Profit Management and Assisted with 501 (c) (3) Application in partnership with legal counsel at Riddell Williams, LLP.  Taught CEU accredited course in asset mapping and strategic planning techniques to service providers, teachers, and brain injured adults. 

Biodiversity Northwest – Facilitated Fund Development Planning and Asset Mapping Retreat for Board of Directors and Fundraising Staff.  Trained Executive Director and Director of Outreach in major donor cultivation and solicitation.

Lambert House  - Directed all donor relationships, direct mail, workplace giving, corporate and private foundation giving, planned giving, and special events. 58% of annual budget was raised from individual donors. Comprehensive 3 year project.

Washington CASH - Co-responsible, in 50% job share position with Washington State Representative Laura Ruderman (D-45th District), for the development and implementation of the fund development department including infrastructure, media, corporate, community relations, individual and foundation gifts, major events, and facilitation of board of director and board fundraising committee(s). Comprehensive 1 year project.
